We collect your email address when you sign up for the free Lean Report or purchase a subscription or guide. We also collect standard web analytics (page views, referrers, browser type) and payment data processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card number).

2. How We Use It

• To deliver the Market Lean Report to your inbox
• To fulfill purchases and send digital guide downloads
• To send login links (magic-link authentication)
• To communicate account and billing updates

We do not sell your email address or personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Resend — delivers transactional and newsletter email.
• Vercel — hosts the site and processes request logs.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email and subscription status for as long as you have an account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. To opt out of data sharing or request deletion of your data, visit our Data Opt-Out page.
