Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect your email address when you sign up for the free Trade Plans or purchase a subscription or guide. We also collect standard web analytics (page views, referrers, browser type) and payment data processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card number).

2. How We Use It

  • To deliver the Trade Plans to your inbox
  • To fulfill purchases and send digital guide downloads
  • To send login links (magic-link authentication)
  • To communicate account and billing updates

We do not sell your email address or personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe, processes payments. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Resend, delivers transactional and newsletter email.
  • Vercel, hosts the site and processes request logs.
  • Microsoft Clarity, provides analytics, heatmaps, and session replay to help us understand how visitors use the site. Subject to Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

4. Apps

Little Bird Trading LLC also publishes software. Each app has its own privacy policy, and that policy, not this one, describes what the app collects:

This page covers this website and its email. It does not describe what happens inside an app.

What is common to all of them is the purchase. If you buy a subscription direct from an app’s website, we keep a billing record: an email address, the customer and subscription identifiers our payment processor uses, and whether the subscription is active. If you buy inside the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store, that store handles the payment and we receive only whether a subscription is active.

We never receive your card details.

Each app’s own policy says what else, if anything, that app stores, and how to delete it.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies to measure how visitors interact with the site (analytics, heatmaps, and session replay). We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email and subscription status for as long as you have an account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. To opt out of data sharing or request deletion of your data, visit our Data Opt-Out page.
