1. Educational Content Only

All content provided by Little Bird Trading LLC (“Little Bird Trading,” “we,” “us”), including the Trade Plans, downloadable guides, library articles, and any other materials, is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an endorsement of any particular strategy, broker, or financial product.

2. Not Investment Advice

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You should not make any investment decision based solely on content from this site. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Trade Plans subscription is a recurring monthly charge of $29.99, billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your Account page. Guide purchases are one-time, non-refundable digital downloads. Digital products are delivered by email after confirmed payment.

4. Apps and Software Subscriptions

Little Bird Trading LLC also publishes software. Each app has its own terms, which govern that app and what it does:

Where those terms and these differ about an app, the app’s own terms apply. This section covers what is the same wherever you buy.

Who bills you depends on where you bought.An app subscription bought inside the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store is billed by that store under its own terms. A subscription bought direct from an app’s website is billed by us, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details in either case.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel. A monthly subscription renews monthly and an annual one renews annually, at the price shown when you subscribed, until it is canceled. Where a free trial is offered, the subscription begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Canceling. Cancel where you bought:

  • App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Only you can do this; we cannot.
  • Google Play: the Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions. Only you can do this; we cannot.
  • Microsoft Store: your Microsoft account’s Services and subscriptions.
  • Bought direct from us: use the billing link inside the app, or email hello@littlebirdtrading.com and we will cancel it the same day.

Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. A store purchase is refunded by that store under its policy, and we cannot refund it for them. For a purchase made direct from us, email hello@littlebirdtrading.com.

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Some apps let you delete your account from inside the app. That deletes what we hold; it does not stop a payment, because canceling is a separate action and a store subscription can only be canceled by the person who bought it. Each app tells you what is still billing you at the moment you delete.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from Little Bird Trading without prior written consent. Paid content is licensed for personal use only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, guides, and site design are owned by Little Bird Trading LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Little Bird Trading LLC is not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or other damages arising from use of this site or its content. Your use of this site is at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
